About me

I believe that the best companies win not because they have more people, bigger budgets, or more predictable delivery-but because they have a better work system. One that allows teams to discover and deliver value faster than the competition.

My name is Krzysztof Niewiński and for over 12 years I have been helping companies build exactly such a system-based on the Product Model, operating in a multi-team environment.

It's difficult.

It's rare.

And that's exactly where the advantage comes from.

My experience

I started in 2005 as a software engineer. I held many technical and managerial positions in various companies. This allows me to understand products from both team and business perspectives. Over time, I naturally transitioned to working on organizational design, building products, supporting leaders, and leading transformations.

I have worked with companies of all sizes: Allegro Group, PayU, G2A, Orange, UPC, ERGO, CircleK and startups such as Uncapped, VRenetic, HRS, Finevare. For years, I have also been leading the LeSS Warsaw community and promoting the work of many teams on one, broadly defined product/service, rather than dozens of projects delivered in a classic silo structure.

What I do today

I help companies that have many teams but lack cohesion and a common direction; struggle with dependencies, coordination, or local optimization; want to implement the Product Model at the organizational level; have tried ready-made "models" but haven't achieved pace or results; want to leverage AI, but their current work system blocks them; want to work simpler, faster, and more effectively achieve goals.

I create a work system that allows many teams to act as one, cohesive product organization.

My approach

I'm not interested in adding to or correcting existing processes. I'm not interested in creating more rituals or minor improvements. I'm interested in removing obstacles that prevent teams from creating value. This requires breaking away from the classical approach to management and creating a cohesive, modern organization.

We will design a work system that shortens the time from idea to learning (TTL & TTM), removes decision barriers, and brings clarity to responsibilities. A system where teams can truly co-create one product and respond to change based on data, not opinions. With Continuous Discovery, Continuous Delivery, and capability building, your teams will consistently ship real value and pursue the organization's strategy more boldly.

Competitive advantage in the AI world

AI radically increases the pace at which teams can discover, experiment, and deliver value. It can accelerate Discovery and Delivery in ways that were impossible until recently. But this only works when the organization is properly adapted to it-meaning it can learn quickly, change direction without chaos, and make decisions where value is created.

In a company where the work system is siloed, full of dependencies and blockers: AI doesn't accelerate, AI amplifies problems. In a highly adaptive organization: AI becomes a real accelerator, speeds up product development, strengthens decisions, and provides a market advantage.

That's why I start not with AI, but with the organization's structure-the system.

Why I do it

Because I've seen companies that could act faster and bolder, but their work system took that away from them. And I've seen companies that, after organizing their structure and principles, suddenly gained pace and clarity of action.

The difference is enormous-some learn faster than the market and win, others drown in dependencies, struggles, burn out-despite great people. I help companies find themselves in that first group-to build a Product Model working in a multi-team setup and create conditions for creating truly great products and achieving excellent business results.
