How I work with organizations
Transforming a multi-team product organization is not a training session or a slide deck with recommendations. It's a change in structure, teams, priorities, and decision-making - led together with leaders, from the inside.

Redesigning the system of work for a multi-team product organization
I work with organizations that have anywhere from a dozen to a few dozen teams and see that their current setup doesn't allow them to execute strategy effectively. Features ship, but business metrics stay flat. Every initiative requires coordination across multiple teams. People are busy, but value doesn't flow.
Together with leaders, we redesign the organizational structure: product definition, team composition and responsibilities, prioritization, reporting, and decision-making processes. I don't leave the organization with a report - I work from the inside, full-time, throughout the entire change.
Horizon: 6-12 months. The first several weeks are diagnosis, education, and preparation. Then the structural change in the first product area (a few dozen people) and shared work inside the new system. Additional areas join iteratively - until the transformation covers the entire, broadly defined product.
Four stages of transformation
Initial diagnosis
A week with your organization. Conversations with leaders, analysis of structure and workflow. At the end, you get a document with observations and a recommended direction. No commitment - then you decide whether we go further.
Education and preparation
Together with leaders, we shape the vision of the future organization: its key characteristics, product definition, and operating model. At the same time, I teach leaders and teams. At G2A we trained 160 people in two months. Change that people don't understand doesn't survive the first quarter.
Redesign and rollout
New product definition, new team structure, new Product Backlog and rhythm of work. Teams form themselves at a workshop. Together we launch the new system of work.
Working inside the new system
I don't disappear after rollout. I work with teams from the inside - coding with developers, participating in refinements, helping the Product Owner build an opportunity-driven backlog.
Some organizations don't need a full transformation - they need their leaders and product teams to keep up with changes in the industry. For them, I run in-house workshops and training: product organization design, Product Strategy, Product Discovery, AI in Product Management. I also speak at conferences and company events - if you're looking for a speaker for a meetup, congress, or all-hands, write to me. Looking for a public training with a date? Check the catalog.
Consulting and organizational transformations are delivered under individual agreements. In-company training and workshops - based on an accepted offer. The rules for open training from the catalog are set out in the Training Terms and Conditions.
